HALAL／ハラール認証商品について
イスラム教(シャリーア法)の戒律に従って処理された食品を指し、『許された物』を意味します。
イスラム教では豚やアルコールを食することが禁じられており、ムスリム(イスラム教徒)のために、豚肉・豚脂などの成分、ゼラチン(豚の骨髄、皮革由来)、アルコール成分(保存料)などを一切含まず「イスラム教の定める適正な方法で処理された食品である」と証明された食品にのみ、ハラール(halal)認定マークを表示することができます。
認証を取得するためには、製造に関わる施設・設備をはじめ、原材料・資材・工程・管理方法などを厳密に審査し、適合であることが承認された製品にのみハラール(Halal)認定マークを表示して販売することが認められています。
弊社は、宗教法人日本イスラーム文化センター（Japan Islamic Trust：JIT）よりハラール認証を取得いたしました。
JIT は、日本でイスラーム文化の普及やムスリム支援に取り組む公的宗教法人であり、ハラール認証機関としても国際的に高い信頼を得ています。
また、海外の複数機関と相互認証の枠組みも持ち、国際市場でも信頼性の高い認証として評価されています。
Halal is any food that is prepared under Islamic law (Sharia), and it literallymeans "a permissible object."
To eat pork or drink alcohol is prohibited in Islam. A "Certifica te of Halal Authentication" can be labeled on the food that has been proven to contain no ingredients such as pork, pork fat, gelatin (derived from bone marrow or the hides of pigs), nor alcohol component (such as preservatives) a nd which is "a food that has been treated in a proper manner prescribed in Islam."
The raw materials, ingredients, processes, management methods, as well as facilities and equipment related to manufacturing, have to be c losely examined to get the halal certificate. Only the products that have been a pproved as halal can be permitted to be sold with the Certificate of Halal Authen tication on them.
To Our company has obtained Halal certification from the Japan Islamic Cultural Center (Japan Islamic Trust: JIT), a religious corporation in Japan.
The Japan Islamic Cultural Center (JIT) is a religious corporation dedicated to promoting Islamic culture and supporting Muslims in Japan. As a Halal certification body, JIT has also earned a high level of international trust and recognition.
In addition, JIT maintains mutual recognition frameworks with several overseas organizations, and its certification is regarded as highly reliable and credible in international markets.
